Custom embroidery pricing is based on the desired garment, the graphics involved, the stitch count and how many garments are being done. Custom embroidery is normally done for orders over one dozen.

Woven Patches  It looks like embroidery, but with much more detail. You get a more accurate and precise sew-out and have the ability to have clean, smaller lettering.  All woven patches also have 100% thread coverage. You can also do a patch as small as one half inch.  The minimum quantity for patches is 50 pieces.  But this allows you to do garments one piece at a time, as you need them, without the expense of a large embroidery order, or knowing what sizes to do.  These patches are heat applied, not sewn on.  They will last the life of the garment they are put on.
